Return & Cancellation Policy

Lesson Formats
We offer 60 and 90-minute individual lessons, as well as packages of 5 or 10 lessons. While training is one-on-one, one additional observer may accompany the student with instructor approval.
Payment
Fees for lessons or packages are due in full before the first lesson commences. The road test package ($175) must also be paid in advance.
Package Expiry
5-lesson packages must be completed within one month; 10-lesson packages within two months. No refund is provided if lessons are not completed within the specified timeframe. If scheduling conflicts arise due to the instructor's calendar, two additional weeks will be added.
Mid-Package Cancellations
If a student cancels mid-package, each completed lesson will be charged at the single-lesson rate ($75 or $110), and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Late Cancellations
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a $65 late cancellation fee. For road tests booked by the school, 48 hours notice is required to avoid a $35 ICBC fee.
Road Test Vehicle
With instructor approval, students may use the school vehicle for their ICBC road test for an additional fee of $175, payable in advance.
